Abstract
The therapeutic effect cf hcx:.hlor:p_h_cae on Clonorchis sinensis in vivo, in vitro and hum<.n subject was reported in our laboratory. In these studies we tested the parasiticidal effect of 1) sorts of phenol derivatives and 1~1 sorts of methylene bis phenol on the Clonorchis sinensis in Vitro, and the therapeutic effect of 9 sorts of methylene bis phenol on the Clonorchiasis sinensis in experimental infected rabbits for file comparision of each other.
The results of studios we_e summarized as follow.
1. In vitro test phenol, nitrophenol and phenol s.;dium sulfonate have a little parasiticidal effects.
2. Cresol has tr.crc effective than phenol.
3.The claoreprenol has more effective than phenol, and the c~fcet was increased with the a-nounc of chlor;.nc in t11C molecule.
4. Mothylenc-bis-phenol has more effective than pncnoI.
5. Methylcne Lis chlorephcncl has mere effective tive chlerophenel. hexachiorephene has most effective a^~cn~ r-cthylcne¢¥ois cnlorophenels.
6. The effect of mcthyrlenc-bis-chlorophenol on paresite was decreased or lost when the -OH radical of the phenol molecule or hydregen of the radic~I 4vas ul;~cl~:ed.
